Nejib Belkadhi presents a fun film about Moncef Kahloucha, who dreams of becoming a film director and actor. A great fan of 1970s movies, he is a house painter who shoots hilarious films on VHS with the help of the inhabitants of Kazmet, a poor district of Sousse, Tunisia. Kahloucha does everything, from producing to directing and acting, and his films are a way for the people of his poor neighbourhood to escape their dull lives and enjoy the unique experience he offers them. Belkadhi focuses on Kahloucha’s latest film: Tarzan of the Arabs. –Mohammed Rouda
